Terms & Conditions – Artifex Collabs

1. Definitions

• Company: Artifex Collabs

• Customer: any individual or legal entity placing an order with Artifex Collabs.

• Products: print-on-demand items produced specifically after an order is placed.

• Agreement: the purchase agreement between Artifex Collabs and the Customer.

2. Applicability

These Terms & Conditions apply to all offers, orders, and agreements made through Artifex Collabs, unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.

3. Print on Demand Products

1. All products are created on demand once an order is placed.

2. Minor variations in color, print placement, or finish may occur and are considered normal characteristics of the print-on-demand process.

3. Product images and mockups are for illustrative purposes only and may differ slightly from the final product.

4. Orders & Agreement

1. An agreement is formed once the Customer places an order and payment has been successfully completed.

2. Orders cannot be modified or cancelled after placement, as production begins shortly thereafter.

5. Prices & Payment

1. All prices are displayed in the applicable currency and include taxes where required by law, unless stated otherwise.

2. Shipping costs are shown before checkout.

3. Full payment must be completed before production begins.

6. Shipping & Delivery

1. Production and delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

2. Delays do not entitle the Customer to compensation, refunds, or order cancellation.

3. Risk of loss or damage transfers to the Customer upon delivery to the provided shipping address.

7. Returns & Right of Withdrawal

1. Non-personalized products may be returned within 14 days of delivery, where required by applicable consumer protection laws.

2. Personalized or custom-made products (including products with names, custom text, images, or designs submitted by the Customer) are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in cases of defect or error.

3. Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

4. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer unless the return is due to an error or defect caused by Artifex Collabs.

8. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Products

1. Any defects, damage, or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

2. Artifex Collabs will, at its discretion, provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

9. Liability

1. Artifex Collabs shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

2. Total liability shall never exceed the amount paid for the relevant order.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, artwork, images, and texts associated with Artifex Collabs are the intellectual property of Artifex Collabs or its licensors and may not be used without prior written permission.

11. Privacy

Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more information.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

1. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

2. The application of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) is expressly excluded.

3. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of the Netherlands, unless mandatory local consumer law provides otherwise.

13. International Customers

Artifex Collabs operates internationally. Customers are responsible for complying with local laws, customs duties, import taxes, or restrictions applicable in their country.
