Artifex Collabs – Returns & Refund Policy

At Artifex Collabs, every product is made to order through our print-on-demand partners. Because each item is created specifically for you, we can only offer returns or replacements in cases of damage, misprints, or manufacturing defects.

Your satisfaction matters to us, so if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.


When Are Returns or Replacements Accepted?

You are eligible for a return or replacement if:

  • Your item arrives damaged

  • There is a misprint or production error

  • You received the wrong item

We cannot accept returns or refunds for:

  • Incorrect size, color, or product ordered

  • Buyer’s remorse or change of preference

  • Normal wear after use


How to Report an Issue

If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at artifexcollabs@gmail.com

Please include:

  1. Your order number

  2. A brief description of the issue

  3. Clear photos of the problem (and packaging if relevant)

Our support team will review your claim and get back to you as soon as possible.


What Happens Next?

Once your claim is approved, you may choose one of the following:

  • A free replacement of the affected item

  • A refund issued to your original payment method

In most cases, you do not need to return the defective item unless we specifically request it.


Exceptions

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Custom-made items without defects

  • Products damaged due to incorrect handling after delivery

  • Orders submitted with incorrect personal details (shipping address, order selections, etc.)
